URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEM

• Call to the practice
• Before 9AM and in the absence of Ms Evelyn, the phone is transferred to the Télésécrétariat

HOME VISITS

• The doctors only make home visits to people who cannot or have difficulty moving around

• We only make house calls in Anderlecht

• Non-urgent home visits should be requested between 9AM and 11AM

• Non-urgent house calls requested after 11AM, will be scheduled the next day

NEW PATIENTS

• You do not have a GP, you live nearby and you can get around
• Send an e-mail to etangs@helix-anderlecht.net
• You will be invited for a first interview

BLOODTEST

• To make an appointment for a blood test, contact Mrs Evelyn by phone
• Every day between 9AM and 11AM except on Wednesday
• From now on, appointments can also be made via the online agenda
